Why choose VoIP?

Voice over IP (VoIP) is a phone system that works by communicating through an internet connection as opposed to a typical landline connection. This provides a numerous amount benefits over landline connections, with cost being the main benefit.

All of the services that we provide are either much cheaper or even free, while landlines would generally charge for these additional features.

Calling Features

VoIP phones come with Caller ID, Call Waiting, Call Queues, Call Recording/Reporting, and three-way conferencing / calling.

Mail Features

The mail features from this system includes Fax over IP, fax to email, voicemail to email,and voicemail transcription.

Plan Features

The system comes with unlimited calling within North America and one-thousand minutes of international calling.

Other Features

Built-in Web Conferencing, Office Calender synchronization, Dial-by-name directory, hunt groups, and many more

What we offer

We offer both the initial setup and the continued service of the phone, so you only have to plug it in and go! If you'd like make any changes to your phone system, give us a call and we'll be able to set that up for you, answer any questions, and provide tech support.

Some features to consider

Hunt groups are a method of routing calls to different customer service agents. This setup is usually charged extra by landline companies, but we offer it free!

Hunt groups are able to use different algorithms to route calls to free agents. Whether you'd like all calls to try agents in a certain order, route to any of the free agents, or to try all of the agents in a loop are all viable.

Find-Me/Follow-Me is service offered that allows calls to be routed to different locations at different times.

Maybe you'd like to be able to receieve calls from your home, office, and mobile phones all at the same time. With Find-Me/Follow-Me, this can be setup easily, free of charge.

The call-forwarding service allows calls to be forwarded from a main extension to other extensions and phones under certain conditions, such as no answer or call busy.

Maybe you'd like for your phone to forward calls to your mobile when you're out of the office or to your receptionist when you're currently on the phone with another person. With our phone systems, this is possible, free of charge.

Even with call-forwarding, find-me/follow-me, and hunt groups, there are times when potential or existing customers and clients hear the dreaded call busy beeping.

While not ideal, call queues allow callers to wait in line for a free agent throughout your busier hours instead of just forcing them to call again at a "not-as-busy" time of the day.

	Grandstream GXP1630	The most simple office phone we offer. Comes with three different line keys, an RJ9 headphone jack, and EHS support for specific Plantronics headsets
	Grandstream GXP2135	The most simple of the GXP2000 series of VoIP phone, the GXP2135 offers everything the GXP1630 does, but with eight line keys as opposed to three, and it comes with Bluetooth V2.1.
	Grandstream GXP2170	The GXP2170 offers everything the GXP2135 offers with an additional four line keys (twelve total), a USB port, and the ability to add up to four GXP2200EXT expansion ports.
	Grandstream GXV3240	The GXV3240 video phone comes with a one megapixel camera and high definition audio. It comes with WiFi accessibility and a mini-HDMI port for connecting conference calls to televisions. Like the GXP2170, up to four expansion terminals can be installed to increase the amount of line keys.
	Grandstream GXP2200EXT	This extension module comes with twenty programmable keys and a two-page system. This allows for forty total additional call-extension buttons. Up to four of these can be daisy chained together for a total of one-hundred-sixty total extensions. Only the GXP2170 and the GXV3240 are able to use them.
	Grandstream GAC2500	The GAC2500 is a conferencing telephone. It features a gigabit connection port and allows for up to six SIP accounts.
